Hello!

Roan Lucas is a screenwriter, playwright, game designer, actor, and all-around lover of the arts and storytelling. He’s a third-year student at New York University, and is majoring in Dramatic Writing with a minor in Game Design. He was a Kennedy Center VSA Playwright Discovery Program Winner (2021),  a Horizon Theatre Young Playwrights Festival Participant (2021), and was the winner of the DSA Actor of the Year Award (2019-2020), MVP Actor Award at the Georgia One Act Play Festival (2019), The Georgia Theater Conference Best Supporting Actor Award (2019), and The 2019 Georgia Thescon Best Playwright Award (2019). Currently, he’s the co-founder and co-president of Knife Dog Play Festival, an original comedy play festival at NYU, and has done work with Trioscope Studios and Jean Doumanian Productions.
